3. GBT offers daily indoor and outdoor large motor activities...2 outdoor fenced in play areas w/swings, slides, and tunnels. They also have an awesome indoor gym, to run and play on cold or rainy days. They offer bikes, parachute, tunnels, building blocks, balls, and more to play while in gym.
5.They offer holiday and vacation pay after 6 months of employment. Also, employees are offered free lunch and snack while working with children.
2. Faith based ministry..Ms.Kim has a gift when spreading the word of God with the children at GBT. She often dresses in character, shares her felt board bible story, and always ends with bible songs w/movements. The kids LOVE it!
I was employed here 8 years ago and began again this year..I’ve worked w/children for 20+years and am still blown away by the quality care and professional organization GBT provides to families in their community..
4. All exterior doors are kept locked. GBT entrance is monitored w/access code entry. They also provide computer software check in/out procedure. Each classroom has a list along with colored picture of all approved parents/guardians permitted to pick up each child up from GBT.
